Cozy Dream Deck

This two-level project encompasses the full scope of a Year Round Deck. Up top is a covered living area with outdoor kitchen, illuminated fire-and-water feature, heaters, skylight and outdoor tv. This area opens through operable glass walls to an open air chat space with a custom fire pit. Down the swept staircase is a decorative stamped concrete patio protected by our Rainless Ceiling deck drain system. A curved fire rail and relaxing water feature lend a tranquil atmosphere to this unique space.
