This aptly named MegaDeck contains over 1,800 sq ft of Outdoor Living space nestled against a river bank. A ground level patio with fire pit, pizza oven and hot tub leads up a spiral staircase to the expansive deck. There are two separate covered areas — one for entertaining and one perfect for a leisurely conversation. The outdoor kitchen can accommodate a large dinner party with a premium grill, wood fired pizza oven, built in wine chiller and refrigerator. Guests can stroll to the outdoor living room to enjoy one of two curved fire rails. Glass walls and windows slide open and closed depending on the weather and a large skylight makes way for natural lighting. Ambient lighting, television, outdoor heaters and a sauna finish the space.
