Very happy with the way the project turned out. We had a fairly extensive project — upper and lower deck with kitchen and firepit, and a new entry door. The quality of construction was impressive. We worked with Scott as our main point of contact and he was very easy to communicate with, listened whenever we had questions, and followed through on what he said he was going to do. Not inexpensive, but worth it. They kept to timelines and budget, and the final product was exactly what we envisioned.

We are very pleased with workmanship on our new pergola. The work was done in a timely manner, and we would strongly recommend Mosaic.

Our deck was in need of replacement and we wanted it covered since it was westward facing. The roof cover was somewhat difficult since our house had some windows as well as other things to design around. Mosaic designed the roof as well as the new deck and stairs to meet our requirements and had high wind rated shades to help with the sun exposure. Throughout the installation they brought to our attention any issues, as well as ensuring that the installation was done correctly. As an engineer, I was impressed with their thoroughness. We are very happy with the results as well as their customer interfacing. We would highly recommend them and would use them again if the need arose.

The team at Mosaic Outdoor Living is amazing! From Klint designing our deck and year-round outdoor living space, to Tim managing the day to day construction, to all the crews working on it, to the office staff supporting the project, everyone was engaged with us and very responsive to our questions, concerns and -yes- modifications as we went along in our 6-month long construction project. While we had some hiccups during construction (as all construction projects do), the Mosaic team was always forthcoming and looked for solutions that would allows to continue moving forward with minimum impact both to timing and budget. We truly enjoyed working with the Mosaic team and we are enjoying our gorgeous outdoor space year-round. After all, we're in Colorado and the outdoors are meant to be enjoyed!! We definitely recommend Mosaic to anyone who's looking into being able to experience outdoor living in the comfort of their own home.

Seeking a quality team to replace a wooden deck with a steel framed composite deck was not easy. Once we found Mosaic Outdoor Living, a complete deck removal/replacement process on a cabin west of Ft. Collins progressed under professional direction. Crews with specific tasks to perform were scheduled seamlessly during construction. Local and county regulations and inspections, engineering reports and HOA architectural committee requirements were successfully managed quite efficiently. David and Todd at Mosaic were amazing to work with. They both are so nice, personable, and great to get along with. The job they did on our patio was OUTSTANDING. We had our concrete slab patio extended, and then added Travertine stone tile to the top and sides. The tile work is gorgeous. The french layout beautifully flows, and they cut the tiles so they perfectly fit into the brick sides on our house and patio columns. The rounded bullnose tiles add a gorgeous frame to the patio edge. Highly highly recommend working with these guys and this company! We can't wait to start phase 2 of our backyard renovation with them!
