Gregg and Cindy dreamed of more space for their large family to gather. Mosaic Outdoor Living delivered a custom two-level retreat in Timnath, Colorado, designed around their mountain and lake views.
Sliding glass doors connect the living room to composite decking for seamless indoor/outdoor living. Upstairs, a fire rail frames the view, while hurricane-force sliding glass wind walls, remote-control retractable sun shades, black powder-coated heaters and a ceiling fan provide seasonal comfort.
A pergola shades the premium grill, complemented by granite countertops, a bar with ice containers and a separate counter overlooking the mountains and lake. Downstairs, a rainless ceiling shelters the hot tub area and its own fire rail.
“We find ourselves coming out here a lot more often."
The couple also appreciated Mosaic’s collaborative approach and respectful crews.
“I really feel good that they actually listened to us,” Cindy says. Gregg adds, “I couldn’t have imagined it being any better.”
