The Story

What began as a failing deck became a complete outdoor living transformation. When Mosaic owner and designer Klint Reiber visited Hillary and Elliott's Greenwood Village home, he saw an opportunity to do far more than replace a deteriorating structure.

By extending the covered space with a dramatic gable roof and expanding the deck into a spacious steel-framed outdoor room, Klint created a backyard built for Colorado living. Features like a custom granite bar, oversized fire feature, infrared heaters, lighting, and accordion glass doors seamlessly connect indoor and outdoor spaces.

"You really helped us expand the vision of what it could be and moved it from just a replacement deck into an outdoor living experience," Elliott said.
