Every great outdoor living space has a centerpiece. The Niwot Woodfire Retreat features a spectacular 3,500-pound custom wood-fired pizza oven. Designed and built by Mosaic Outdoor Living, this luxury outdoor kitchen features custom granite countertops, a Fire Magic grill, premium storage, and a covered entertaining area that seamlessly blends the indoors with the outdoors. The massive pizza oven was even craned over the home using a 120-foot reach crane, making it as impressive to install as it is to gather around.

Designed for year-round enjoyment in Colorado, the space includes oversized skylights that flood the north-facing deck with natural light, built-in heaters, a ceiling fan, and a sleek fire rail overlooking beautiful mountain views. By carefully matching the home's existing stone and stucco finishes, the entire addition feels like it has always been part of the original home—a warm, inviting retreat built for unforgettable meals and lasting memories.
